Great Wolf Resorts – America’s First National Hotel Chain to Have All U.S. Properties Earn Green Seal Certification!
If you’ve ever been part of the certification process for a green lodge, you know that it takes a lot of dedication and teamwork. Now, can you imagine what it would take to get twelve properties certified? That’s no small accomplishment!
That’s why EcoGreenHotel salutes Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. for the distinction of being the first national hotel chain to earn Green Seal certification for all its U.S. properties. The Madison, Wisconsin company is North America’s largest family of indoor waterpark resorts. Firms Partner to Offer Free On-Site Environmental Audits to Hotels
ROBBINSVILLE, N.J. – EcoGreenHotel President Scott Parisi today announced that his company has partnered with Atlantic Energy Services (OTC:AESO) of Saratoga Springs, N.Y. to offer environmental assessments to U.S. hotels at no cost from now through May 2009.
“Atlantic Energy has earned a stellar reputation for helping government entities and corporations evaluate, fund and implement their conservation initiatives, often with positive cash flows,” Parisi said. “Our new partnership will extend their expertise into hospitality – an industry that has a major impact on our planet’s well being. By providing the free audits, we hope to encourage a greater number of properties to take that first step toward a more sustainable operation and a healthier planet.”

Global Summit an Eye Opener for Green Hotel Professionals
At EcoGreenHotel, we eat, sleep and breathe green lodging. Environmentally-friendly hospitality is all we do – and it’s all we’ve done for years. We spend every waking moment reading up on the latest information, studying trends, products and technology, and talking to hoteliers, staff, vendors, guests – heck, anybody associated with lodging – about what’s happening in the industry. It’s a complex specialty, and we know our stuff inside out.
But we can always know more.
That simple truth was brought home to us earlier this month when we participated in the 1st Annual Global Renewable Energy Networking Summit at the Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Conference Center in Macungie, PA. Although EcoGreenHotel President Scott Parisi delivered a keynote address at the Summit, he also took time to listen to a host of presentations. One that caught his attention was delivered by Jason Kliwinski, Director of Sustainable Design at Spiezle Architectural Group of Trenton, N.J. Spiezle is an award-winning firm that has designed spaces for companies such as Merrill Lynch, Sirius Satellite Radio and Westin.

Hospitality v-Marketing™ – an eco-friendly marketing company!
As a green hospitality professional, you’ve no doubt put a lot of time and effort into your property’s mechanical processes like HVAC, laundry and electrical systems. But there’s one part of your operation that you might not have considered as you work toward a sustainable lodge – marketing.
EcoGreenHotel would like to introduce you to our newest partner, Hospitality v-Marketing™. Hospitality v-Marketing™ (the ‘v’ stands for ‘virtual’) offers an array of imaginative, state-of-the-art services, products and solutions that not only reduce paper use, but also give your property a competitive edge.
“We help capture sales that would not be otherwise possible,” said David Cro, executive officer of Hospitality v-Marketing™. “We accomplish this by enhancing the experience of the internet viewer. It is our goal to engage the viewer so they become captivated and emotionally bonded to the property. The bottom line is the viewer makes an emotional decision based on their virtual connection and that experience is what converts into a sale. This connection is not possible without the virtual technologies we create for our clients.”
